1. About MUGOONG

MUGOONG (무궁) is an online travel experience booking platform operated by 블라썸무궁 (Blossom Mugoong), a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Korea. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and booking services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MUGOONG's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via our website.

3. Services

MUGOONG operates as an intermediary platform connecting international travelers with local Korean experience providers including restaurants, wellness services, and activity operators. We facilitate bookings on behalf of these partner vendors.

• Restaurant reservations and dining experiences
• Wellness services (spas, skin clinics, hair salons, saunas, massage)
• Cultural activities, tours, and local experiences
• Travel tips and information content

4. Booking & Payment

Bookings made through MUGOONG are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective vendor. By completing a booking, you agree to the specific cancellation and payment terms of each listing.

• Free Booking: No payment required at time of booking. Balance is due at the venue.
• Deposit Booking: A booking fee is charged upfront and deducted from your final bill at the venue.
• Full Payment: Full amount is charged at time of booking.

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your browser language. All transactions are processed in KRW (Korean Won) at the prevailing exchange rate. Payments are processed securely via Eximbay.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by vendor and are clearly stated on each listing page. Please refer to our Payment & Refund Policy for full details.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
• You are responsible for providing accurate booking information (name, contact details, guest count, etc.).
• You agree not to misuse our platform, submit false information, or engage in fraudulent bookings.
• You agree to respect the rules and policies of each vendor at the time of your visit.
• You are responsible for ensuring you meet any health, age, or eligibility requirements for activities booked.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MUGOONG — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of 블라썸무궁 or its content partners and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MUGOONG acts as an intermediary between users and vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of services provided by vendors. Our total liability for any claim related to our platform shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from use of MUGOONG's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul District Court. For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Korea Fair Trade Commission (공정거래위원회) or the Korea Consumer Agency (한국소비자원).
